HORSEBACK RIDING

CANOEING, KAYAKING AND PADDLE BOARDING

Rent a canoe, kayak, or paddleboard from one of the 5 companies in the area.

GOLF

Bent Pine Lodge is situated right on the Thendara Golf Course. It's an 18-hole par 72 Donald Ross-Designed Championship Golf Course. For more information on the golf course call: 315-369-3136.

OLD FORGE PUBLIC BEACH

The beach is open 7 days a week from summer to Labor Day. Lifeguards on duty and no admission fee. Parking available on Lakeview Avenue near the public tennis courts. Children love the adjoining Pirate Ship playground.

SNOW SKIING

Just down the road you can find McCauley Mountian. Featuring 21 trails, slopes and glades for all abilities. McCauley Mountain is not limited to just skiing, but snowshoeing, snowboarding and more!

MOUNTAIN BIKING

The TOBIE Trail connects the communities of Thendara, Old Forge, Big Moose, Inlet & Eagle Bay. Just outside the Bent Pine Lodge the paved trail starts and travels north through Old Forge. For a more detailed map of this trail or to find other trails, visit the Old Forge visitors website.

RIVER RAFTING

The Adironadacks are the perfect place to enjoy whitewater rafting. Enjoy family friendly rolling rapids or heart-pounding sreious whitewater. Visit or call the visitors center for information on each outfitter and their features.

HIKING

There are over 5 hiking trails nearby, all with stunning scenery. They range from beginner to intermediate so there is something for everyone. Maps of the hiking trails are available on the Old Forge visitors website or by visiting the Town of Webb Visitor Information Center.

SNOWMOBILING

Old Forge is known as the "Snowmobile Capital of the East"! It offers over 400 square miles of groomed trails and welcomes riding from lodging to dinning to shopping. Hop on a trail right from the Bent Pine Lodge's front door.

SNOWSHOEING

Snowshoeing, the witner hike, has endless possibilities! Bring your own shoes or rent a pair, go it alone or hire a Guide. For more information on rentals or trails, visit the Old Forge Visitor website.
